- With taxipost : 4 euro inside Belgium

- With taxipost : 7 euro to The Netherlands upto 5 kg
- With taxipost : 15 euro to The Netherlands from 5,001 to 10 kg

- With taxipost : 7 euro to Luxemburg upto 5 kg
- With taxipost : 15 euro to Luxemburg from 5,001 to 10 kg

- With taxipost : 11 euro to France upto 2 kg
- With taxipost : 17 euro to France from 2,001 to 5 kg
- With taxipost : 21 euro to France from 5,001 to 10 kg

- With taxipost : 11 euro to England upto 2 kg
- With taxipost : 17 euro to England from 2,001 to 5 kg

Minimum order
The minimum order is € 10,00 in merchandise. To deliver good customer service, we will send you a qualitatively equal product (equally priced as well) when a product is (temporarily) sold out. Or you can send us an email about a product that is (temporarily) sold out and we will notify you when a product is in stock again.

Changing your order
If you wish to change your order after ordering a product, we can help you out. If your order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet, there will be no extra charge.

Cancelling your order

When the order hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel your order with no extra charge.

When your order has been shipped already, you can still cancel your order by returning the product in its original, undamaged product packaging within 7 working days. The returned item has to be undamaged. In this case the return shipping fee is on the buyer’s own account. Damaged products will be charged as well.
