Everything starts with pure, natural rubbertree wood from trees that no longer produce latex. Instead of being chemically treaded, all the wood is dried for a long period and stabilized in ovens. For glued parts, an e-zero adhesive is used that was developed by Plan Toys. This glue contains no formaldehyde. Also, Plan Toys uses non-toxic water-based dyes that contain absolutely no heavy metals. For printed metarials, for example the packigings, they use soy-based printing inkt that decomposes faster than chemical ink.
